SPICY PAN FRIED CATFISH | |
3 lbs. catfish fillets 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. yellow cornmeal 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder Oil for frying 1/2 tsp. pepper Combine cornmeal and seasonings. Roll fish in seasoned cornmeal. Pan fry in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until brown. Drain on absorbent paper. |
