SALLY AND CHARLOTTE'S POTATO
SALAD
 
4 lbs. red potatoes, boiled in jackets, peeled & cubed
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickles
1/4 c. finely chopped sweet pickle
1/4 c. finely chopped green olives
1/4 c. finely chopped black olives
Pinch of sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. dry mustard or 2 tbsp. reg. mustard or grey poupon
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Stir together potatoes, eggs, onions, peppers, celery, mixed pickles and mixed olives. Add mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Stir everything together. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. Serves 10 (1 cup) servings.
