CREAMY CHOCOLATE PIE 
9 inch baked pastry shell
3 (1 oz.) sqs. unsweetened chocolate
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

Melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and salt in microwave or over medium heat on stove. Cook and stir until thick and fudgy. Add water; cook, stir until mixture thickens and boils.

Remove from heat; add vanilla. Cool 15 minutes. Chill in refrigerator 20-30 minutes. Stir. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into shell. Chill 3 hours. Garnish as desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
