1 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Several drops bottled hot pepper sauce
7 c. round toasted oat cereal (6 oz.)
5 c. sm. pretzels (8 oz.)
3 c. salted mixed nuts (1 lb.)
3 c. bite size shredded wheat squares (6 oz.)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 300 degrees In a saucepan heat together the oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce. In a large roasting pan combine the oat cereal, pretzels, nuts and shredded wheat squares. Stir oil mixture well; drizzle over cereal mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; toss lightly. Makes about 16 cups.
