OVEN BEEF STEW 
1 pkg. stew meat (1 to 1 1/2 lbs.)
1 c. carrots, cut into chunks
3 c. potatoes, cut into chunks
1 lg. onion, cut into chunks
1 can tomatoes
1 can celery soup
1 can water
Salt & pepper to taste

Put all in Dutch oven. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Do not stir during cooking.
