ITALIAN POTATOES | |
8 potatoes Salt, pepper Paprika 1 onion, diced Oil Peel potatoes and cut each in quarters lengthwise. Place in 13x9 inch pan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add diced onion on top. Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with oil. Stir to mix. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees 1 to 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are fork tender. Stir several times during baking. Serves 8. |
