HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1 lg. jar pimentos, diced
8 oz. thin spaghetti
1 bell pepper
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stack saltine crackers
1 stick butter
1/2 can water, use soup can
Salt & pepper to taste

Fry meat in skillet and drain. Dice onion, celery and bell pepper; cook until tender in a little oil. Break spaghetti in one inch pieces and cook. Put meat and bell pepper mixture and spaghetti in a large bowl. Add mushroom soup, water and salt and pepper. Add pimentos. Put in one large casserole dish or 2 smaller ones. Cover with grated cheese. Then cover completely with crackers broken up into small pieces. Put pats of butter over entire casserole. Cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
