MEAL IN BREAD 
1 lb. ground beef
Onion (optional)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (any kind)
1 loaf frozen bread dough (thawed)
1 c. shredded cheese
Melted butter

Brown 1 pound ground beef with onion - drain. Cook and drain 1 (10 ounce) package frozen vegetables. Divide one loaf of frozen bread dough, which has been thawed, into two parts. Roll each half out on a floured board to form a rectangle. Brush bread with melted butter - leave edges dry. Top with meat, vegetable and shredded cheese. Roll into loaf and seal end and bottom. Brush outside with melted butter. Make 3 air vents in top of each loaf. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes. Slice to serve (as a jelly roll).
