MARSHMALLOW DELIGHT | |
1 lb. Kraft caramel candies 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. milk 2 c. chopped walnuts 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lg. marshmallows Combine caramels, butter and milk in double boiler. Cook until smooth and creamy. Keep warm. Dip marshmallows into caramel sauce. Use fork for dipping. Roll marshmallows in chopped nuts, until completely covered. Place on wax paper to cool. Store in covered container. Butter hands if rolling marshmallows in nuts by hand. Yield: about 2 pounds. |
