MARSHMALLOW DELIGHT 
1 lb. Kraft caramel candies
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. lg. marshmallows

Combine caramels, butter and milk in double boiler. Cook until smooth and creamy. Keep warm. Dip marshmallows into caramel sauce. Use fork for dipping. Roll marshmallows in chopped nuts, until completely covered. Place on wax paper to cool. Store in covered container. Butter hands if rolling marshmallows in nuts by hand. Yield: about 2 pounds.

My grandmother has always made these for christmas. A couple of variations to consider: use peanuts, or pecans instead of walnuts, it just gives a slightly different taste. Also we dust the wax paper with powdered sugar to help with the caramel sticking and it adds a little extra sweetness. YUM! (my grandma always told me that she invented this recipe lol guess not)
