HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
2 c. cubed chicken
1 lg. green pepper
1-2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. toasted almond slices

Save pineapple juice. Saute cubed pepper and minced garlic in oil; add soy sauce. Stir in pineapple juice and gradually blend in other ingredients. Bring to boil and turn down to simmer. Good served with rice.
