8 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
Tabasco sauce

Beat well and if think it is too thick, add a little more mayonnaise and shake Tabasco to your taste. Spread on snack rye bread and top with a cucumber slice. Can make a few hours ahead and refrigerate with plastic wrap over. Stack on a pretty plate.
