PEANUT BUTTER CHIP OATMEAL
COOKIE
 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. shortening
1 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix brown sugar, butter, shortening, milk, vanilla and egg until well blended. Mix in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonsful about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, 10 to 12 minutes for soft cookies, 12 to 14 minutes for crisp cookies.
