RHUBARB DREAM DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. sifted flour5 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

Press mixture into an ungreased 7 1/2 x 11 x 1 1/2 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. finely cut rhubarb

Mix together. Spoon this onto the baked crust and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with whipped topping. Serves 6.
