BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN COOKIES 
1 pkg. (18 1/4 oz.) butter recipe cake mix
1 pkg. (3/4 oz.) instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans

In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients, mix well. Stir in pecan (the dough will be crumbly). Roll tablespoonfuls into balls and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes, remove from pan, to wire racks.

Yield: 4 dozen.
