QUICK CRUNCHY FLOUNDER 
2 c. corn flakes cereal
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3-4 tsp. salt free herb and spice blend
1 lb. flounder fillets

Crush corn flakes. Set aside. Combine mayonnaise and next 2 ingredients. Spread on both sides of fillets and coat with crushed corn flakes.

Place fillets on rack of a lightly greased broiler pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Yield 3 to 4 servings.
