CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY PUDDING 
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. hot water
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. cranberries, halved
1 c. chopped pecans

Sift flour with sugar and salt; dissolve soda in hot water. Combine liquids. Add dry ingredients. Add cranberries and pecans; mix well. Pour into greased pudding mold or ring (6 cup size). Steam 1 1/2 hours.

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. cream (I like to use evaporated milk)

Bring to boil. Serve hot over pudding.
