LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. water
1 pkg. lemon Jello with juice of 1 lemon, grated lemon rind

Combine in mixer until batter is smooth or if using hand beater, add eggs one at a time and beat well after each egg. Pour into greased tube pan. Put into cold oven. Turn on oven at 325 degrees and bake about 60 minutes. Let stand until cold, then turn out.
