LEMON JELLO CAKE 
3 oz. lemon jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. oil

Dissolve jello in boiling water; set aside to cool. Beat all ingredients for 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees in an ungreased tube pan for 1 hour or until done.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. granulated sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Bring to a boiling foam, stirring constantly. Don't overcook syrup. Spoon on warm cake. Sprinkle white powdered sugar on top of cake.
