CRANBERRY PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Salt & pepper
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. fresh orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel

Trim fat from chops. Place fat in skillet. Saute fat until crispy. Reserve. Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides. Remove to a buttered baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle with cracklings.
