1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels
1 measuring tsp. Nescafe
2/3 c. sour cream
1 measuring tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
2 (11 1/2 oz.) frozen pound cakes, thawed

Melt over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle milk chocolate morsels; remove from heat. Stir in Nescafe; cool 10 minutes. In small bowl, combine melted chocolate mixture, sour cream, vanilla extract, and salt; beat well. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar; set aside. Place pound cakes end to end to form one long cake. To form log shaped cake, round off edges by running sharp knife down length of cake, slicing off all 4 corner edges (cake should resemble a cylinder). Cut cake crosswise to form 3 layers. Fill and frost cake with prepared frosting. Run tines of fork over entire cake to simulate bark. Makes 1 log cake.
