JELLO SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 8 lg. marshmallows 1/2 sm. can mandarin oranges (use more if desired) 18-20 cherries, chopped 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add marshmallows and cream cheese and stir until nearly all melted. Chill until partially jelled. Then add cherries, pineapple, oranges and pecans; mix well. Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate until jelled. |
