TEXAS SALAD 
1 head lettuce
3 tomatoes
2 sm. onions
6 oz. grated cheese
1 lg. bag of King size Fritos
1 can Ranch style beans, drained and chilled
1 bottle Catalina spicy dressing, French's

About 10 minutes before serving tear lettuce, slice tomatoes in wedges and chop onions. Add beans, dressing, and cheese. Toss. Just before serving add Fritos. You may decorate with more cheese and tomato wedges.
