TEXAS PAN HANDLE CABBAGE SALAD 
Salad:

1 stock chinese cabbage
8 - 10 green onions
1 med. bell pepper
2 pkgs. chicken flavor ramon noodles
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Chop cabbage, onion, bell pepper - set aside.

Brown crushed noodles, almonds and seeds in 2 Tbsp. butter until lightly browned. Cool, sprinkle with seasoning from noodles. Place in container - separate from greens.

Dressing:

1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. rice vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Just before serving toss all mixtures together. (If you do only half at a time, greens store well without dressing.)
