TEXAS PASTA SALAD I 
1 lb. pasta, Texas shaped, cooked and drained
1 chicken cooked, skinned, deboned and chopped into bite size pieces
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 green onions, chopped
6 oz. ripe olives, chopped and drained
2 oz. green olives, chopped and drained
2 tbsp. green chilies, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
2 c. black eyed peas, drained
1 1/2 c. canned, kernel corn, drained

DRESSING:

2/3 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil (not olive)
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. picante sauce

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Chill covered at least 24 hours. Serves 12.
