6 tbsp. mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas (unthawed)
4 to 5 green onions, chopped
Lettuce
Spinach
6 slices bacon

Marinate the above overnight. Tear up 1 cup spinach leaves, fresh 2 cups lettuce, 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled. Combine and serve.
