1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. Karo syrup
6 c. Rice Krispies
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Melt sugar, syrup and butter over medium heat until dissolved. Take off heat and add peanut butter mix until smooth. Pour in Rice Krispies and mix well. Pour in cookie sheet and flatten with hand. Melt chips on double boiler and pour over crispy mixture. Smooth frosting evenly, cut and let harden.
