CHEESY CHICKEN CHOWDER 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed veggies
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 c. corkscrew macaroni or another sm. pack pasta
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded process Swiss or sharp American cheese

In a large saucepan stir together the frozen vegetables, chicken broth, onion, mustard and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 7 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in 1 1/2 cups milk and the chicken. Cook, stirring frequently. Stir remaining milk into flour until smooth. Add to the chowder stirring constantly until bubbly. Add cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
