Juice of 2 lemons
Grated rind of 1/2 lemon
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Swanson's chicken broth
5 mint leaves, cut up fine
Dash of Tabasco

Blend together, chill and serve. Garnish with lemon slice and mint leaf if desired.
