PECAN PIE 
1 unbaked pie crust
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
3 eggs, beaten separately
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Cream sugar and butter. Add syrup, beaten eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in pecans and pour in unbaked pie crust.

Bake at approximately 275°F for 45 minutes. This is also good with black walnuts.
