SHARON'S TURKEY | |
20 lb. turkey, thawed 1 tbsp. salt 1 stick butter Wash bird thoroughly. Place in dark enamel roasting pan. Lift skin on breast portion, place pats of butter over entire breast portion of turkey. Salt as desired. Place lid on pan. Bake in preheated oven, 250 degrees, overnight. Approximately 10 hours. P.S. If desired turkey may be stuffed prior to baking, I suggest Sharon's Turkey Dressing. |
