ELEGANT CHICKEN 
8 chicken breast filets
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Place chicken in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix sour cream, soup and sherry in bowl. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with olives and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with almond rice. Yield: 8 servings.
