LEMON FLUFF 
14 oz. evaporated milk
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Chill until partly set. Whip until fluffy. Add lemon juice and sugar. Whip milk and fold in Jello mixture. Line pan with vanilla wafer crumbs reserving 1/2 cup for topping.

Pour lemon mixture over crumb crust. Top with remaining crumbs.
