CAMARAO A BAIANA | |
8 oz. unsweetened coconut milk 3 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. flour 1 lb. cleaned raw med. shrimp 8 oz. tomato sauce 1/2 onion, chopped Salt, pepper 2 sm. very hot red peppers (optional) Heat butter in a large saucepan and saute the onion until tender. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add flour and cook 1 minute. Add coconut milk slowly, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Add tomato sauce. Serve over white rice. Serves 4-6. |
