CABBAGE SOUFFLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. cabbage, grated fine
1 carrot, grated fine
1/3 c. celery, grated fine
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. cottage cheese

Dissolve the Jello in 1 cup hot water and add 1/2 cup cold water to cool. Refrigerate until partly jelled. Mix mayonnaise with the vinegar and cottage cheese. Beat Jello and mayonnaise mixture together until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and pour into a ring mold. Chill. At serving unmold onto plate.
