UPSIDE DOWN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
Serve this cake upside down with a dab of whipped cream!

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Put all ingredients in a bowl. Beat well. Spread in greased cake pan.

Topping:

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. hot water

Mix sugars and cocoa. Add hot water and pour over batter in the pan. Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
