NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c, whole milk
3/4 c. all purpose flour
2 c. coconut flakes
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until well blended. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Divide mixture evenly (jiggle coconut around so its not all bunched up!) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
