MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. bread slices
1 1/2 qts. milk
2 c. onion, chopped
2 3/4 c. celery, chopped
15 lbs. ground beef
3 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped parsley (if desired)
14 lg. eggs

Beat bread and milk 2 minutes in mixer on low speed, or soak bread in milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix 3 minutes on low speed. Place meat mixture in greased baking pans, 12 x 20 x 2 inches, about 11 pounds = 1 gallon. 1 3/4 quart per pan. Shape mixture into 2 equal lengthwise loaves in each pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in 375 degree oven. Drain; slice 3/4 inch thick.
