1 med. ripe avocado
1 lg. can refried bens
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco mix
3 to 4 chopped green onions
1 chopped tomato
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Lemon juice

Mix together.

Mash avocado with fork and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice and mix. On a large round plate layer as follows:

Spread refried beans on bottom, follow with mashed avocado, sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mixture, green onions, tomato and Cheddar cheese.

Looks pretty and is delicious with your favorite chips or crackers.
