FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) roll sugar cookies (Pillsbury)
1 (8 oz.) container soft cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Kraft marmalade (orange, peach, or apricot)
2 tbsp. water

Cut cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices. Arrange on foil-covered pizza pan. Overlap slices. Press edges to seal. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Cool. Remove from pan if desired and place on serving plate.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Spread on crust. Arrange fruit on cream cheese. Glaze with combined marmalade and water. (This keeps the fruit fresh.) Chill. Cut into wedges.
