ARROZ CON CARNE (VEAL OF A MEAL) 
1 lb. ground veal or sirloin, browned
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, cubed
1/4 c. vinegar
8 oz. jar olives, green with pimentos
2 tbsp. tomato paste

Brown onion and pepper. Then add meat with vinegar until brown. Add olives and pimentos and tomato paste. Simmer covered 1/2 hours. Serve over rice. Serves 3-4.
