BIRD'S NEST COOKIES 
1 (12 oz.) chocolate or butterscotch morsels
1 c. Spanish peanuts
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Melt morsels in microwave; add nuts and noodles. Mix well. Drop rounded teaspoon of mixture on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until they harden.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
