TURKEY FAUX PHO SOUP 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb baby Bok Choy
2 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
Rice noodles (soaked in warm water 20 minutes or until soft)
6 green onions chopped with some green
1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 3 cups hot water
1 can water chestnuts, drained
Bean sprouts and chopped fresh jalapeno (as garnish)

Brown turkey, add chicken bouillon, Chinese Five Spice, separate bok-choy and add to soup, and water chestnuts.

Simmer for 20 minutes or until turkey is done along with Bok-Choy. Put 1/4 cup of soaked rice noodles in each bowl then Garnish bowls of soup with bean sprouts, green onion and fresh chopped jalapeno to taste.
