TURKEY LOAF 
1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
1/2 c. boiling water
1 egg, slightly beaten or egg substitute
3 slices whole bread, cubed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried or whole sage
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground turkey
3 tbsp. chili sauce

Dissolve bouillon granules in boiling water. Combine bouillon, egg and remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into a 6" loaf and place on lightly greased broiler pan or loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Four to six servings.
