3-5 tbsp. mayonnaise
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice from 1/2 of lemon
Tarragon to taste
Minced fresh or dry basil
Salt & pepper to taste
Any kind of fish fillet or steaks

Combine above ingredients. Allow sauce to sit while you prepare rest of dinner. Spread sauce onto both sides of fillets or steaks. Place under broiler until done, turning once.
