LONDON BROIL | |
2 lb. flank steak 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. Italian dressing Score meat and put in glass dish. Pour Worcestershire sauce and dressing on top. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning meat occasionally. Remove meat, but save marinade. Broil 3" to 4" from heat, approximately 8 minutes on each side (for medium rare). Brush with marinade several times. Slice the meat very thinly across the grain at a slanted angle. Quick, easy and good! |
