TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained 2 tbsp. minced onion 10 1/2 oz. mushroom soup 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni 2 boiled eggs, chopped 1/2 c. grated cheese Drain oil from tuna. Add 2 tablespoons onion to oil and cook until tender. Remove from heat; add soup, milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper. Heat until it has reached boiling point and formed a smooth sauce. Blend sauce with tuna, macaroni, eggs. Put in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. |
