MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Confectioners' sugar

Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar; add vanilla. Stir in flour. Add nuts; shape into 3/4 inch balls. Place 1/2 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. While still warm, roll in confectioners' sugar; when cool, roll again. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
