BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. mashed ripe banana
1 pkg. yellow golden butter cake mix
1 pkg. Jello banana cream instant pudding & pie filling
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. butter or oil
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Tad of banana extract

Combine all blend and beat it on medium for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8"x4" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees 50 to 55 minutes or until cake pulls away from pan. Cool in pans 15 minutes on rack.
