1 lb. flank steak
Favorite teriyaki marinade

Pour marinade over steak and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours before cooking. Remove steak from and place on a broiler pan. Place under broiler and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side for rare steak.

Variation: Substitute chicken.
