HAMBURGER STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 med. onion, about 1/2 c. chopped 1/4 c. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. garlic salt or clove 1 c. sour cream 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms 2 c. hot cooked noodles or rice In large skillet cook hamburger and onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic, mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in soup. Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve over rice or noodles. Sprinkle with snipped parsley to garnish. |
